Having problems with your DA or Town
Planning Application? Has Council asked you to submit a
traffic report? Looking for traffic engineers with Local
Government experience and good working knowledge of statutory requirements? Provide expert witness representation –
planning panels, tribunals (VCAT, Provide advice on car-parking layout
and access issues. Survey parking areas for supply and
availability. Design car parks to optimise yield. Design ramps and access ways to comply
with AS2890.1:2004. Plot turning paths for cars within
on-site parking areas and driveways using AutoTURN. Plot turning paths for heavy vehicles
(rigid trucks in loading-bays, semi-trailers in industrial hard stand areas),
as per requirements of AS2890.2:2002 using AutoTURN. Prepare ground-clearance diagrams. Certify access and car-parking layouts
as part of the DA process. Assess sight-distance at driveway
exits. Prepare functional layout plans of
intersections. Prepare functional layout plans of
pedestrian crossings. Carry out street-lighting modelling. Prepare construction traffic management
plans. Provide advice on street layouts and
access configurations for residential and industrial subdivisions. Prepare traffic reports for submission
to Council. No job is too small. City and Regional coverage. Benefit of experience with Council.
Majority of our staff have been council traffic engineers at some point in
their career. Understanding of traffic function focus
of Queensland Main Roads, NSW RTA, VicRoads, Transport
SA and Main Roads WA in the light of applicants access requirements. Close attention to detail. Hands-on knowledge of DCP and Planning
Scheme requirements. Experience with a very broad range of
land uses. Advice that balances sound approach with
commercial reality. Overseer of business has close to 20
years experience in grassroots traffic engineering. Key team members have more than 10 years
experience in the industry. All projects receive directors input. Professionally prepared reports, rich in
